Our version of the go-to bitters are a delicious blend of fruit peels, spices, bittering roots and barks. The aroma of baking spices is complimented by the complex flavour of all spice, peppercorn, clove and cassia.

Pairings: These bitters are perfect for uncovering even more flavour in classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Sours or any cocktail calling for aromatic bitters. Use to enhance the flavour profile of drinks such as the Champagne Cocktail, Mai Tai, Southside or the Old Cuban.
