Bonfire

Our Bonfire bitters make it easy to craft the perfect spicy drink. Made from local habaneros and chillis, and flavoured with lime and warm spices. Cold smoked to provide a subtle smokey spice. 

CAUTION: These bitters take no prisoners, so use with care. Start with 10 drops (or 1 small dash) in a cocktail, then increase as desired. 

Pairings:  Add a touch of smokey heat to a Caesar, Bloody Mary, Spicy Margarita, Tequila or Mezcal cocktails. Use atop roasted veggies, chicken, steak and pork or to spice up any dish. 

Ingredients: Habanero, chili, lime peel, alcohol, water, spices, and bittering agents. 

Packaged in a 60 ml cobalt blue glass bottle with a glass dropper. Recipe card included.
