- 2 oz Rye Whisky (or Bourbon)
- 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Orgeat
- 4 dashes Blue Coast Huron Aromatic Bitters
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice.
