Rye Tai

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Rye Whisky (or Bourbon)
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Orgeat
  • 4 dashes Blue Coast Huron Aromatic Bitters

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. 
  2. Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice. 
  3. Garnish with a pineapple slice. 
  4. Enjoy! 💙
