Pineapple Sage Gimlet

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz Sage Simple Syrup
• 2 dashes BCB Tippy Canoe Tiki Bitters

Directions

1. Shake with ice & strain into a rocks glass with large ice
2. Garnish with fresh sage
