Lorikeet

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Rye Whisky (or Bourbon)
• 0.5 oz Banana Liqueur
• 0.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 6 dashes of Blue Coast Tippy Canoe Tiki Bitters
• 4 dashes of Blue Coast Huron Aromatic Bitters

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled. 
2. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. 
3. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a pineapple wedge.
