- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Falernum
- 1/2 oz Honey Syrup
- 2-3 dashes Blue Coast Bitters Tippy Canoe Tiki
- Garnish: Mint sprig
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass with a large fresh cube.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
