Vodka Sour

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 dashes Blue Coast Bitters Northern Attitude Maple
• 1 Egg White (or aquafaba)

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds. 
2. Add ice and shake until chilled. 
3. Strain onto a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice or lemon peel. 
5. Enjoy!
