Tiki Boom

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 0.5 oz Amaretto
• 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 2 dashes Blue Coast Northern Attitude Bitters

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. 
2. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
3. Strain shaker into ice filled glass.
4. Garnish with pineapple leaves and almonds or fruit.
