Maple Pear Collins

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Pear Juice
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/4 oz Maple Syrup
• 2-3 dashes Blue Coast Northern Attitude Maple
• Soda Water to top

Directions

1. Build in a tall glass with ice
2. Top with soda water
3. Stir gently
4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig
