Maple Mint Julep

Ingredients:
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 1/2 oz Canadian Maple Syrup
- 3 dashes Blue Coast Bitters Northern Attitude Maple
- 2 oz Canadian Rye Whisky
Directions:
- Add mint, Maple syrup and 1 dashes of bitters to a rocks glass.
- Gently muddle the mint.
- Add Whisky and stir.
- Tightly pack the glass with crushed ice and stir until frosted.
- Top with more crushed ice to form an ice dome.
- Garnish with a mint sprig (slap the mint sprig on the back of your hand before garnishing, this releases the oils to make your mint more aromatic).
- Add a couple more dashes of bitters to the top.
