Caribbean Ember

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
• 1/2 oz Rye Whisky
• 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/4 oz Maple Syrup
• 1/4 oz Lime Juice
• 3 dashes BCB Northern Attitude Maple
• Ginger Beer, to top

Directions

1. Add all ingredients (except ginger beer) to a shaker with ice and shake well, until chilled.
2. Strain into a Collins glass with ice.
3. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of mint.
