Bold Fashioned (Akvavit)

Ingredients

• 2 oz Akvavit (Aquavit)
• 0.5 oz Birch Simple Syrup
• 2 dashes of Blue Coast Northern Attitude Bitters

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and mix until chilled. 
2. Strain into a coupe glass or a rocks glass with large ice cube.
