The Elder Fashion

Ingredients:

• 2 oz London Dry Gin
• 1/2 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
• 1-2 dashes of Blue Coast Bitters Fireside Orange

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. 
3. Garnish with a Cucumber slice.
4. Enjoy!
