Pineapple Vodka Martini

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Triple Sec (or other orange liqueur)
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 3 dashes Blue Coast Fireside Orange Bitters

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. 
2. Strain into a martini glass.
3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or lime twist.
