Pineapple Aperol Daiquiri

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Rum
• 0.5 oz Aperol
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
• 2 dashes Blue Coast Bitters Tippy Canoe Tiki

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
2. Strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
