Nutty Rum Flip

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Rum
  • 1/2 oz Amaretto
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Blue Coast Bitters Black Walnut (or Morning Fog Coffee)
  • 1 Whole Egg
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker (no ice) and dry shake.
  2. Add ice and shake well until chilled.
  3. Double strain into a coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
  4. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
