Kombucha Rum Punch

Ingredients 
  • 1.5oz Rum 
  • 0.5oz Aperol 
  • 2oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5oz Simple Syrup
  • 1-2 dashes Blue Coast Bitters Fireside Orange
  • 3oz Kombucha (Citrus Flavoured)
  • Garnish: Mint sprig & lime
Directions 
  1. Add rum, aperol, juices, simple syrup and bitters to a shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass with ice and top with 3oz of kombucha.
  3. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and lime. 
  4. Enjoy!
