Kombucha Rum Punch

Ingredients
- 1.5oz Rum
- 0.5oz Aperol
- 2oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5oz Lime Juice
- 0.5oz Simple Syrup
- 1-2 dashes Blue Coast Bitters Fireside Orange
- 3oz Kombucha (Citrus Flavoured)
- Garnish: Mint sprig & lime
Directions
- Add rum, aperol, juices, simple syrup and bitters to a shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a Collins glass with ice and top with 3oz of kombucha.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and lime.
- Enjoy!
