Hemingway Daiquiri

Ingredients:

• 2 oz White Rum
• 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• 10 drops of Blue Coast Fireside Orange Bitters

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, and shake until well chilled.
2. Strain into coupe glass.
3. Garnish with citrus slice.
