Contessa Negroni

If a traditional Negroni is a bit too bitter tasting for you, here is a great option - the Contessa Negroni. By swapping the Campari for Aperol and the Sweet Vermouth for Dry Vermouth, you end up with a version that is less bitter, lighter and has more citrus flavour.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 oz Aperol
- 3-4 dashes of Blue Coast Bitters Fireside Orange
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube of ice.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
- Enjoy!
