Modern Aviation

This is a modern version of the Aviation that does not include Creme de Violette.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin (we used Empress 1908)
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 2 dashes Blue Coast Lake Fever Lavender Bitters

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. 
2. Strain into a coupe glass and float an extra drop of Bitters on the top.
