Lavender Rosemary Gin & Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Gin (Empress 1908 for the pink colour)
  • 10-15 drops Blue Coast Lake Fever Lavender Bitters
  • 4 oz Tonic Water
  • Rosemary sprig
  1. Add gin and bitters to an ice filled glass, then stir. 
  2. Add tonic water and stir twice. 
  3. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig. 
  4. Enjoy!
