Lavender Rosemary Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gin (Empress 1908 for the pink colour)
- 10-15 drops Blue Coast Lake Fever Lavender Bitters
- 4 oz Tonic Water
- Rosemary sprig
- Add gin and bitters to an ice filled glass, then stir.
- Add tonic water and stir twice.
- Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
- Enjoy!
