Lavender Gimlet

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Gin or Vodka
- ¾ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 10 drops of Blue Coast Lake Fever Lavender Bitters
- Garnish: lemon zest or lavender sprig
Directions:
- Fill a shaker two-thirds full with ice.
- In the shaker, combine the gin, lime juice, syrup, and bitters.
- Shake for 10 to 15 seconds, or until chilled.
- Strain into the martini or coupe glass, and serve garnished with the lemon zest or lavender sprig.
