Aperol Sour

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Aperol
• 1 oz Gin (or Vodka)
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 egg white (or aquafaba or foamer)
• 2 dashes Blue Coast Bitters Fireside Orange

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice).
2. Add ice to shaker and shake again.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
4. Enjoy!
