Amaretto Sour

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Amaretto Liqueur
• 0.5 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White
• 1 Dash of Blue Coast Huron Aromatic Bitters

 Directions:

1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again for 15 seconds.
3. Strain over ice into a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with almond slices or dehydrated lemon.
