Lavender Berry Kombucha Mocktail

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 Mint Leaves
  • 6 Blueberries
  • 2 dashes Blue Coast Bitters Lake Fever Lavender
  • Berry Flavoured Kombucha
  • Lemon Flavoured Sparkling Water

Directions

  1. Muddle lemon juice, mint, blueberries and bitters at the bottom of a Collins glass.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Fill glass to 3/4 full with kombucha.
  4. Top with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with lemon slice and sprig of mint.
