Espresso Tonic

Espresso Tonic

The combination of espresso and tonic water originated in Sweden in 2007. It grew in popularity throughout Scandinavia and eventually made its way abroad.

Ingredients:
  • 4 oz Tonic Water
  • 1 oz Espresso
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 dash BCB Morning Fog Coffee
Directions:
  1. Add ice, simple syrup, bitters, and tonic water to a glass.
  2. Top with 1 oz of espresso and stir lightly.
  3. Garnish with a slice of citrus (optional).
