Espresso Tonic

The combination of espresso and tonic water originated in Sweden in 2007. It grew in popularity throughout Scandinavia and eventually made its way abroad.

Ingredients:
- 4 oz Tonic Water
- 1 oz Espresso
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 dash BCB Morning Fog Coffee
- Add ice, simple syrup, bitters, and tonic water to a glass.
- Top with 1 oz of espresso and stir lightly.
- Garnish with a slice of citrus (optional).
