Ingredients:
- 1 oz Bourbon (Brandy or Cognac can also be used)
- 1 oz London Dry Gin
- 1/2oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes of BCB Huron Aromatic
- Ginger Beer, to top
- Garnish: Mint Sprig
Directions:
- Add bourbon, gin, lime juice and bitters to a shaker full of ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
