Old Cuban

Ingredients:
- 6 mint leaves
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
- 1.5 oz Aged Rum
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Blue Coast Huron Aromatic Bitters
- 2 oz Dry Sparkling Wine
Directions:
- Muddle the lime juice, simple syrup and mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add the ice, rum, and bitters then shake until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled champagne or coupé glass and top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a mint leaf.
