Lake Fever Lavender Lemonade

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Gin (Empress 1908 for the pink colour)
• 10-15 drops Blue Coast Lake Fever Lavender Bitters
• 2 Lemon wedges
• Sparkling Lemonade

Directions:

1. Muddle two lemon wedges in the bottom of a glass.
2. Add ice, then gin and bitters.
3. Top with sparkling lemonade, stir and Enjoy!
