Japanese Cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 oz Cognac
• 1/2 oz Orgeat
• 2 dashes Blue Coast Bitters Coastal Lime

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
2. Strain into a coupe glass.
3. Garnish with a lime peel.
