The Honey Jar

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Honey Syrup
• 2 dashes Blue Coast Bitters Fireside Orange
• 4-5 oz IPA Beer

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients, except beer, in a shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
2. Strain into a Collins glass with ice.
3. Pour beer into glass, over the back of a barstool, to get a layered effect. 
4. Garnish with a dehydrated orange.
