Ingredients
- 2oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Demerara Syrup (or Simple Syrup)
- 2 dashes BCB Barrel-Aged Apple
- 1/2 oz Apple Juice
Directions
- Add rum, syrup and bitters to a mixing glass with ice and stir well.
- Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Float the Apple Juice on top.
- Enjoy!
