The Caramel Apple

Ingredients 

  • 1.5 oz Rum (Aged or Dark is best)
  • 0.75 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Apple Cider
  • 1 oz Cream
  • 2 dashes BCB Barrel-Aged Apple Bitters
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream, Caramel Sauce & Cinnamon Stick

Directions 

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
  2. Strain into a glass.
  3. Top with whipped cream, Caramel sauce and a cinnamon stick.
