Cranberry Gin Fizz

(Recipe by Empress 1908 Gin)

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
• 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2 oz Cranberry Juice
• 2 tsp Simple Syrup
• 1/2 oz Orange Juice
• 2 oz Ginger Beer
• 10-15 drops of Blue Coast Fireside Orange Bitters

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients, except Ginger Beer, to a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain into a cocktail with fresh ice. 
3. Top with Ginger Beer.
4. Garnish with rosemary, an orange slice and/or frosted cranberries.
