Lavender Gimlet

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Gin or Vodka
  • ¾ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 10 drops of Blue Coast Lake Fever Lavender Bitters
  • Garnish: lemon zest or lavender sprig

Directions:

  1. Fill a shaker two-thirds full with ice.
  2. In the shaker, combine the gin, lime juice, syrup, and bitters.
  3. Shake for 10 to 15 seconds, or until chilled.
  4. Strain into the martini or coupe glass, and serve garnished with the lemon zest or lavender sprig.
