Gypsy Gin

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 oz Gin
  • 1/4 oz Triple Sec
  • Juice of 1/2 a Grapefruit
  • 2 dashes of Blue Coast Morning Fog Bitters
  • (Optional - 1/2 oz of Simple Syrup) 

Directions:

  1. In a mixing glass with ice, add Gin, Cointreau, grapefruit juice and bitters, then stir until chilled. 
  2. On a plate, mix 1 tsp or white sugar with 1 tsp of fine ground coffee. Rim glass with sugar/coffee mixture. 
  3. Add large ice cube to glass, then strain mixing glass contents into glass.
