Cold-Fashioned

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 5-10 drops of Blue Coast Fireside Orange Bitters
• Cold Brew Coffee of choice 
• Orange peel, for garnish

Directions:

1. Combine bourbon, simple syrup, and bitters over ice in a rocks glass.
2. Top with your choice of cold brew coffee and stir gently.
